Terms of use
EXV Watch, run by EXV Media. Last updated October 22, 2026.
By watching a video or signing in to EXV Watch, you agree to these terms.
What this is
EXV Watch is where EXV Media shares video messages and screen recordings with clients and partners. It is a private tool for EXV Media's own work, not a public video site.
Accounts
Only EXV Media staff and people EXV Media invites can record videos. Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what you record and share.
What you may do
- Watch the videos that are shared with you.
- Leave comments when the sender allows them. Keep them honest and civil.
What you may not do
- Record or share anything illegal, or anything you do not have the right to share.
- Try to break into the service, scrape it, or overload it.
- Copy, download or re-share a video that was sent to you in confidence.
Ownership
The person or company that made a video owns it. A shared video is sent to you to watch, and you get no other rights to it.
Service as is
We run EXV Watch with care, but it is provided as is. A link can stop working if a video is deleted or the service is down. To the extent the law allows, EXV Media is not liable for losses from using it.
Ending access
We can remove a video, a comment or an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using EXV Watch at any time.
Changes and contact
